A Paid Search & Analytics Specialist job is now available through Paladin. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must live in the US to be considered.

As a Paid Search & Analytics Specialist you will have at least 5 years’ experience managing paid search, social and programmatic display advertising campaigns for clients. This includes establishing search strategies, defining KPI’s based on client’s goals and presenting results to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills while also able to create and distribute campaign reports to internal teams and clients alike.  




  • Execute digital media campaigns for multiple clients including pay-per-click search and social across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Bing as well as programmatic and site direct buys.
  • Drives campaign optimization through performance analysis and testing.
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.
  • Stays current with industry trends, best practices, statistics, emerging technologies.
  • Work with the media department to integrate search, social with programmatic media and traditional media campaigns as appropriate.
  • Manage and pace campaign budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and to ensure clients are pacing towards campaign objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing paid search campaigns in a marketing agency environment.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of paid media, Bing, Google AdWords, PPC, etc.
