A Paid Media Specialist job is now available through Paladin in the Phoenix, AZ area. The Paid Media Specialist will have at least 2 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns and a budget of $30k or more per month. In addition, the Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for establishing search strategies, defining KPI’s and presenting results to the internal and executive teams. The ideal candidate will be Google Ad and/or Bing certified, have strong communication, organization and time management skills.


  • Execute paid media campaigns for multiple brands including pay-per-click search and social across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Bing as well as programmatic and site direct buys
  • Drive campaign optimization through performance analysis and testing
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI
  • Stays current with industry trends, best practices, statistics, emerging technologies
  • Work with the media department to integrate search, social with programmatic media and traditional media campaigns as appropriate
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study
  • 2+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns for a large corporation or within a marketing agency
  • Certifications: Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of paid media, Bing, Google AdWords, PPC, etc.
