Paid Media Specialist

Paladin is seeking a Paid Media Specialist for one of our clients in Wall, NJ. If you have at least 2+ years of experience in a professional paid media role, keep reading!

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage every facet of paid media accounts (Facebook and AdWords, with the opportunity to grow new channels)
  • Create and implement ad copy/creative, campaign builds, and daily bid management
  • Track, monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs and report on ROI
  • Willingness to work in an ongoing creative experimentation framework/program
  • Create strategic media relations/social media plans.
  • Work with the marketing team to initiate joint projects that feature a high integration of social media, media relations and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze local, regional and national traditional and social media coverage for trends that would influence media relations tactics, opportunities, etc.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 2+ years of paid media experience
  • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook/ AdWords reporting, Excel and other tools
  • Understanding of digital media trends and best practices
  • High energy, forward-thinking, and quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to share media related insights and trends with teams in order to mobilize, develop and motivate.
