Paladin now has a Paid Media Specialist Position available. To be considered you’ll have 2 years of previous professional experience managing paid media campaigns, with budgets over $30k/mo. This position will also execute search strategies, define KPI’s and present results to the internal and executive teams. You must be Google Ad and/or Bing certified and have strong professional communication and management skills.  

The Qualifications & Responsibilities: 
•    Utilize media buying tools to effectively develop, manage and deliver digital advertising campaigns.
•    Expertise in Paid Social is a must as we run this channel in-house. Lead on identifying best strategies, differentiating by target audience, testing creative and formats, in order to improve conversion rate and Pay Per Click (PPC).
•    Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI
•    Deep expertise ideally across search, programmatic, and social platforms tuned into staying ahead of current trends
•    Work with the media department to integrate search, social with programmatic media and traditional media campaigns as appropriate
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study 
•    Must have 2 years of professional experience managing paid media campaigns for a large corporation or within a marketing agency.
•    Superior understanding & experience with paid channels management, A/B testing and reporting tools - Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, Google Ads, Supermetrics, Data Studio. 
•    Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and consistent performance.
•    Interpret data using analytics tools to create effective paid media strategies and improve campaign performance
