We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team! This company offers a great work enviornment, opportunity to grow and a competitive salary! This is a temp to permanent position and is looking to onboard someone very quickly!

This position is located in Glen Cove on Long Island. Must live local - requires both remote and in-person work!

Summary: Looking for a professional to help drive implementation of all marketing and brand development functions in accordance with the company’s short range and long-range business objectives in new market segments and in the company’s traditional product market segments.


  • Implement marketing strategy for brands and for each sales channel
  • Develop/enhance upscale and technical brand strategy, stories, photography and sales tools to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Work with top management to design our Company website to align with brand strategy and aesthetic direction. Drive implementation of new websites within designated timelines.
  • Conduct market research within the industry and work with the outside sales team to collect data and make recommendations on new product and/or business channels. Act as resource on competitor product offerings. 
  • Deliver visualized statistical analyses reports on:
  • Website traffic and SEO improvement strategies on company websites
  • Cross-channel campaign performances
  • Branding research;
  • Build up hypothesis and measurement methodology of campaign effectiveness using statistics analysis tools such as advanced Excel, SPSS, SAS, Python, or R.
  • Provide quantitative campaign response metrics and post-performance insights to executives to support future business strategy decisions; Help with creating new branding image of different brands of the company, and assist in optimizing business execution processes as necessary.
  • Coordinate all new product releases including product packaging, sample kits, sales support material and web updates.
  • Manage the production of all sales literature (Product catalog, product booklets, Spec sheets, IES files, annual price lists, FAQ booklets, POP display programs, product videos, ad slicks, accredited training courses etc…) with attention to content, style, audience, lighting techniques, and budgetary considerations.
  • Oversee creative content and direct aesthetic designs for photography and video for advertising campaigns. Direct vendors and PR Agent in the development and placement of new advertisements, news and press releases, editorials etc…
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to implement effective annual national tradeshows. Oversee staff coordination of logistics and evaluate results for effectiveness.
  • Management of the Marketing Team relating to hiring, termination, and performance management issues.
  • Manage the marketing expense budget and drive ROI on investments.
  • Requirements:

    1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field of study with 7-10 + years of marketing staff management experience. 
    2. Proven creative ability, detail oriented, with a good sense of design.
    3. Superior project management skills and the ability to produce quality results within tight deadlines.
    4. Strong market research, statistical analysis and SEO capabilities
    5. Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
    7. Ability to effectively manage/drive results through internal and external resources.
