A leading membership organization serving retail and real estate professionals is seeking a full time Marketing Data and Analytics Manager. You will be focused on maximizing member lifetime value, loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate will shape the firm’s CRM messaging channels and work directly with the marketing team to execute our strategy across email, web, and digital

The position is based in Manhattan and will have a hybrid work schedule.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, member conversion, retention and ROI
  • Turn customer data and insights into actionable strategies, delivering meaningful interactions with their membership base
  • Share data and insights that influence marketing campaigns, including ongoing enhancement of personalization capabilities.
  • Lead member segmentation and model creation; ensure data integrity and lead efforts to develop and leverage the segmentation of members across meaningful attributes, leading to better existing member retention and modeling the most appropriate new member acquisition targets.
  • Monitor and report on analytics to understand impact of initiatives and utilize data to inform future campaigns and make necessary adjustments and improvements to all business unit processes.
  • Develop optimization plans including A/B testing, long-term member value assessment, and targeting enhancements.
  • Improve lifecycle and triggered communications to increase brand awareness and retention.
  • Define and execute the retention strategy for members, including effective ways to cross-promote and sell-in the wide range of financial solutions.
  • Be a strategic leader in building, developing, implementing, and testing automation strategies that drive member acquisition and growth.

    Qualification:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Retention, Engagement or member Lifecycle marketing roles – MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Deep experience leading retention and CRM for a consumer-facing services organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting data, creating data visualizations and reporting information to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of effective time/project management; ability to multitask & prioritize to ensure project deadlines are met, deliverables are provided on time
  • Experience with marketing campaign targeting/segmentation tools (e.g. Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) automation strategy, and experimental design
