Paladin is recruiting a talented Marketing Content Manager for a Bay Area-based Client. This brand is a rapidly growing start-up focusing on simplifying the personal management bottleneck many companies face in managing their employees. As a workplace, this organization sticks to its values of transparency and fairness between its employees. All applicants must be willing to report to work in a hybrid schedule, at least 60% of the time in the Bay Area office. At this time there will be no sponsorship, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
As Marketing Content Manager, you will be innovative thinking with fresh ideas that continue to generate. A visionary is a must given the newness of the brand and the formation of the marketing department. This will be a planning and collaborative effect between colleagues to construct the most captivating story for their consumers. Overall, you’ll be in charge of the website’s content, emails, and even white pages.
-Work along with Demand Generation Teams to create high-converting materials like blogs, booklets, infographics, videos, case studies, etc.
- Develop, manage, and execute the content plan for the brand's different products.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the brand, working closely with Product Marketing and Sales to understand our personas' needs.
- Help develop a captivating brand story that will be woven throughout all marketing efforts.
-Prior work in the start-up space is a must, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
-At least 3 years in the content marketing discipline
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-Self Start-up and ability to work through ambiguous situations
