Paladin is searching for a Marketing Assistant to join its client’s Sales and Marketing team in West Allis, WI. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the creation, upkeep, and tracking of various marketing collateral and campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, and working within a team of other marketing professionals, the ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within a creative environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in events coordination, able to take marketing events from inception to follow-up tracking. Sound like the right fit for you? Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete daily administrative tasks for a variety of marketing activities in support of department schedule and initiatives
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow-up on Marketing events. Events span from marketing conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and more
  • Track marketing collateral and inventory within various spreadsheets and databases
  • Gather material, fact check, edit, and format content for sales presentations, proposals, slide decks, infographics, and videos
  • Conduct a variety of research including client intel, competitive analysis, market research, and more
  • Maintain firm and brand standards through the creation of marketing collateral
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Relevant work experience – preferably within the A/E/C industry or another professional services industry
  • Additional Skills:

  • Solid grasp of marketing and business development concepts, and associated tools/applications
  • Able to manage one’s own desk – strong project management organization and administration
  • Capable of lifting and moving boxes up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience working within a CRM system,
  • Prior work in graphic design – knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Experience working in B2B digital marketing – websites, social media, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital videography, photography, audio, and related editing software
  •
