Paladin is hiring immediately for a Manager, UX Design role in Milwaukee for one of our industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and creative user experience project specialist with interest in evolving the organization's user experience in the digital space to increase engagement with users. This role will include working collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop, strategize, and execute digital initiatives. Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Web Development, Communications Design, Information Technology, or similar area of study
  • 5-7 years of experience in leading direct reports in a large organization
  • 5-7 years of UI/UX project management and design experience
  •  

     

     

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and concept an all encompassing UI/US website design strategy that aligns with marketing and digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the development and execution of experiences designed for digital users.
  • Produce high quality UX design deliverables via visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
  • Create designs and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for use with digital assets.
  • Provide oversight, management, and adjustments as needed to websites and user interfaces to improve user experience.
  • Evaluate various user interface assets like banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
  • Give advisement related to the implementation of user experience research methods and evaluations to analyze data and predict future user habits.
