Our client is looking for a Temporary Events Assistant to join their team. This person will report directly to the Senior Manager of Events. Have experience within events and looking to work for a great organization? If so, please keep reading! 

Responsibilities:

- Manage general event inquiries, directing constituents to the appropriate place or person 

- Coordinate Travel arrangements 

- Provide admin support for the planning and execution of different fundraisers 

- Research different vendors

 

Requirements: 

- Bachelors Degree 

- 2 years of administrative support 

- 2 years of events experience 

- Raisers Edge, Salesforce and PIDI
