Paladin is working with a fast-growing company that searching for an eCommerce Marketplace Analyst with Amazon Seller Central experience to manage and analyze their eCommerce channels through online marketplaces. You’ll be the SME of business processes, sales and operational data, plus key metrics that determine the overall health of the channel.

In this role, you’ll support product assortment and merchandising strategy, own the analysis and optimization to help improve overall efficiencies, define pricing models, and design tests of marketing programs and sales initiatives.

They need someone who can crunch the numbers coupled with the Amazon Seller Central experience to understand the channel and drive it.

LOCATION: This is a 100% remote role or, if you live in the Chicago area and like being in an office, you can work at their location in the NW Chicago suburbs near O’Hare.

SALARY: Competitive base salary + profit share bonus opportunity

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Passion about analytics
  • Solid working knowledge of third-party marketplaces
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to self-manage amid changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Access, SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Proficient in Excel and a basic understanding of relational databases

  • Drive marketplace sales growth through price optimization and strategic SKU selections
  • Collaborate with marketplace category managers and other internal stakeholders to improve data and process
  • Monitor a significant amount of data for multiple marketplace accounts to make them more efficient and productive
  • Build out quantitative tools to monitor account health, measure progress and drive growth
  • Identify and implement new business intelligence technologies to improve communication and access to key metrics
  • Analyze customer and sales data to make recommendations and implementation to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Maximize channel performance by improving listings quality, SEO, buyer feedback, and seller rating
  • Product regular reporting and data analysis on channel specific metrics
  • Engage relevant team members to act upon customer needs in a timely manager and drive resolution from start to finish
