  1. is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Director to join a dynamic team in a technology company. The company is in major growth mode and this role will focus on the lifecycle customer journey. Increase engagement with current and new customers to increase usage and retention with the goal to increase revenue with account base. If this sounds like you, I want to hear from you!


  • Over seeing a team to develop campaigns that increase product engagement, customer value and retention
  • Analyzing date to understand the customers and what they need to spearhead the strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with other departments for multi-channel campaign rollouts
  • Communicate plans and results across the company
  • Understand and manage the KPI’s including engagement rates, conversion rates and understanding the customer-base metrics for ARPS, retention, and churn rate
  • Diving into the data and working with the appropriate teams to track and report
  • Develop budgets that are inline with the overall business and marketing goals
  • Working with the team to design and execute the A/B testing that drives optimization and better results
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Customer Lifecycle Marketing role
  • Marketing Automation experience using a CRM
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinker
  • Detail orientated with good time management skills
  • Accustom to a fast-paced work environment
