Paladin is seeking to fill an immediate need for one of our retail clients as a Digital Production Coordinator. This is a long-term full-time contract role that could go permanent. This team is looking for a self-starter and someone to work effectively in teams and independently who would also consider themselves a quick learner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Your main function will be to program content into the digital products and schedule advertising campaigns
  • Test, QA, modify and troubleshoot any issues with scheduling of the campaigns
  • Provide assistance and insight for application improvements
  • Responsible for execution of digital campaigns including setting up automation rules, notifications, testing and reporting
  • Act as the go-between for internal marketing campaign team and network support teams to seamlessly execute campaigns and make sure they are on time and implemented flawlessly
  •  

Core Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in relevant scheduling, logistics, traffic management, production or media planning or a bachelor’s degree in business/digital marketing
  • Data analytics and being resourceful to help identify and problem solve issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Consider your self a leader and a thirst for knowledge to grow in your career
  • Comfortable on the phones and being assertive with requesting for help to test products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Retail or Ad agency experience a plus
