Paladin is searching for a Digital Media Manager to join its client’s branding team on a remote basis. This role will be in charge of developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across various social platforms. Must be able to manage day-to-day communication with clients, from campaign inception, to ongoing reports and optimization post launch. The ideal candidate should be highly collaborative, able to work with cross functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met with quality. Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage paid social ad campaigns from inception to delivery and follow-up
  • Translate RFP requests into strategic campaign plans and volume estimates
  • Ensure paid social strategy aligns with client objectives
  • Manage client relationships from campaign set-up to day-to-day communications
  • Leverage analytics to find insights into campaign performance and optimization
  • Create scope and execute strategies to maintain appropriate scope and scale
  • Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver product on time
  • Suggest improvements to company operations and processes
  • Support paid search team with budget, timelines, campaign execution

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, economics or related fields

    2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising and/or paid search within an agency/client environment

    Additional Skills:

  • Experience working on Paid Social Campaigns from inception to analysis to optimization
  • Prior development of budget recommendations, and maintaining budget pacing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
  • Adept in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expert knowledge of measurement and attribution
  • Effective communicator, especially written communication
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks and/or projects at once
  • Collaborative team player, able to work with people in multiple disciplines internally and externally
