Digital Marketing Specialist

Paladin is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 years or more experience for a financial company in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute PPC and social advertising campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, reviewing analytics and adjusting ad buys throughout the campaign life cycle
  • Generate weekly reports and be able to speak to the WHY behind each marketing decision and campaign results
  • Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions to improve current campaign performance and ROI

Qualifications:

  • 2+ yr experience managing paid search accounts across Google Ads (AdWords), Amazon Marketplace
  • Experience in SEO
  • Advanced-level Excel skills, including, but not limited to, knowledge of V-lookup, pivot tables, and other time-saving formulas
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work with cross functional teams and follow strict deadlines

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of previous experience in Digital Marketing related areas

Work Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week
