Company overview: 

Working hand in hand with your one-stop-shop employment hub here at Paladin, our client is looking for an integrated digital marketing specialist to join our digital marketing team. You'll activate multichannel digital plans and manage digital performance campaigns for key clients, juggling tight timelines and competing priorities. Campaigns will include but are not limited to social media, paid media, SEO, paid search, email marketing, analytics, and reporting. This role requires strong collaborative skills, constructive thinking, and a keen understanding of Benchmarking.



  • Support management of digital marketing and demand generation campaigns as well as day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance to team, leadership and clients when/if needed, report on effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assist in the development, spearheading execution and optimization of cross channel campaigns such as paid email, nurture email campaigns in various automation systems, paid search, programmatic, webinars, SEO, newsletter sponsorships, content syndication and so on.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, account, and creative teams to understand each client’s market and buyer personas
  • Work closely with internal (creative, new business, accounts) and external (vendors and other partners) teams on execution of client campaigns.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and email marketing tools, applications, channels, technologies and share new information and best practices with the digital team.
  • Assist in budget tracking, identifying required changes in project scopes/hours, and preparing change orders.


  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications preferred, or relevant years of demonstrated experience.
  • Highly proficient at using, activating, evaluating, and reporting on campaigns across various platforms such as: social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc...), social/editorial (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar), social/campaign tracking (Rival IQ, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AdRoll or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Marketo preferred.
  • Proficient at media research and informing planning, key performance indicators, benchmark development, and conversion tracking.
