Paladin is recruiting for a full-time, Digital Marketing Specialist position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with one of our clients in the publishing/print industry. This role will manage and support a wide variety of data-focused digital marketing campaigns including e-mail automation and experiences. This role will also be responsible developing and managing direct mail marketing campaigns. If you are collaborative, team player with digital and marketing skills, this role is for you!

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years in a fast moving, B2B work environment
  • 1-3 years experience working with Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot
  • 1-3 years experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • 1-3 years experience with Tableau or equivalent
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and management for the facilitation of marketing campaigns and spearhead successful initiatives through email marketing automation
  • Review and analyze results and maximize the program information to convert leads into customers
  • Extract and use data from initiatives and translate to information tell a story to support organization goals and initiatives
  • Develop and provide reports by extracting marketing data from internal systems
  • Provide assistance in the event of technical issues with all operations systems in the organizations marketing vertical
  • Work directly with the Marketing team to create, coordinate, and execute initiatives
  • Support content initiatives and web page development for the organization's website
  • Support the organization with ongoing consultation as needed in relation to lead generation and communication with customers
  • Stay current with industry trends by utilizing internal and external training resources
  • Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  • Ability to consistently demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills to multi-task on a variety of duties by working both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of e-mail campaign and direct mail methods
  • Solid understanding of of HTML
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or similar website content management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to adjust to change often under tight deadlines
  • Physical Demands:

    Work is performed in a general office environment with limited noise exposure. The majority of time is spent seated at a workstation with access to telephone, computer, printer and files. May involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Requires frequent verbal communication either in person or by telephone to interact with employees, vendors, suppliers, and consultants. Duties may include some visual strain resulting from close detail work and long sessions sitting in front of a computer.
