Paladin is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist-level project manager for our client, a global professional services management consulting firm, on a predominately-remote contract slated to last through at least Aug. 31, 2020. Ideally, the candidate who accepts this role will be within 90 miles of one of the client’s offices (they have offices in most major cities around the US) to allow the ability to come on-site as-needed. Previous experience in a global/enterprise-level, B2B organization is a must.


In this role you’ll be responsible for assisting various marketing teams within one of the client’s primary business units in assisting with and overseeing the execution of a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns, ranging from social media, website content and SEO to slideshare presentations, video and email.


Job Type: Contract
Hours: 40 hrs/wk
Duration: Thru at least Aug. 31, 2020
Location: Predominately remote (anywhere within US)
Hourly Rate: $33.33/hr (this rate is set by the client and is non-negotiable)



  • Work with campaign managers and digital marketers within respective teams to design and implement digital marketing programs/campaigns.
  • Work closely with Project Management Analysts to develop and manage the digital marketing elements of a campaign project plan.
  • Work to provide guidance on SEO, website content, email campaigns, slideshare presentations, video best practices and templates.
  • Manage the development, review and publishing of new content on the company website.
  • Oversee the development, testing and execution of email campaigns, including detailed QA of email submission documents and the submission of content to the email execution agency.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to analyze the performance of digital channels for specific marketing programs and suggest optimizations for future campaigns.



  • A minimum of 3 years executing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns within a large, highly-matrixed and/or global organization.
  • Previous experience in an enterprise-level B2B organization is a MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, email marketing, website content, video best practices.
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced, constantly-changing organization.
  • Ability to manage workflow across multiple teams and departments while meeting deadlines.
