Paladin is working with a global company that needs a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with PPC and Demand Generation expertise. This role will be responsible for leading the demand gen, web marketing strategy and the daily operations that drive ecommerce revenue, lead gen and overall brand awareness.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team, provide guidance and support, foster growth and creative thinking that drives results.
  • Optimize digital marketing to drive ecommerce revenue, lead gen and brand-awareness.
  • Maintain a cadence of website marketing and work with Merchandising to coordinate messages ensuring the right messing is going out at the right time in the web path to purchase or web lead generation funnel.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy that includes paid search, Google shopping feeds, remarketing/display and lead generation to drive ROI, new customer acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class demand generation marketing program.
  • Manage print advertising strategy and deliverables.
  • Manage the PPC agency relationship, feeding them strategic initiatives and campaigns as they relate to the broader marketing plan and KPIs.
  • Report on digital marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Review new technology and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Drive consistent and relevant traffic and leads from digital marketing.
  • Work in concert with other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that informs target audiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience within a consumer/B2B company or agency.
  • Demonstrated success developing, planning, implementing and optimizing digital marketing mix for an ecommerce platform.
  • Evidence that you’ve been able to drive profitable growth and a broad knowledge of current digital marketing tactics and forward-thinking ability.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and Google AdWords Certified.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Sharp eye for details, analytics and testing is crucial.
  • Marketplace experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous work with attribution modeling is also a plus, but not required.
