Digital Marketing Manager

Paladin is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our client. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an important role to develop, implement, track, and optimize this company's digital footprint across all platforms and channels. This role is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in EST or CST time zones.

Digital Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the company’s website and digital platforms
  • Develop, plan, and execute a digital marketing strategy this will include web, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Evaluate and prepare performance reports for all digital strategies, as well as, assess against goals
  • Optimize spend and performance of new campaigns
  • Brainstorm, collaborate, and develop new creative growth strategy
  • Provide leadership during prospecting of emerging technologies
  • Provide internal departments with direction for marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Create and monitor all campaign budgets

    • Digital Marketing Manager Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience with 5 years in a digital marketing role
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in creation of marketing database, social media, email, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and marketing budgets
  • Experience with optimization of landing page conversion rates
  • General working knowledge of Adobe, HTML, and content management systems
