We are partnering with an innovative software company in the B2B space to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will work with a team of specialized digital marketers to execute integrated campaigns across all digital channels, focusing on revenue and lead generation. In particular, you will own paid search, shopping and paid social efforts. You will also work closely with Campaign Managers to optimize email automation efforts, optimizing the channel through A/B testing and optimization efforts. This position has overlap with the marketing, creative and digital functions across this organization, so additional experience in other digital marketing, lead generation or eCommerce work will further your application! You should bring 3+ years of digital marketing experience across email, paid search and social media channels, and proficiency with automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or similar). This is a permanent position set to start remotely. Our client is based in Portland, OR with roots into the local community, but is open to hiring on a fully remote basis with a preference for local candidates. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, and this company offers a highly competitive benefits package and bonus opportunity. You will:
Drive digital marketing strategy across all relevant channels, working closely with specialized resources internally to optimize digital presence and optimize lead generation efforts
Own paid search and SEM efforts across Google/Bing Ads, Google Shopping and social media channels
Support departmental planning initiatives, working directly with leadership to represent digital marketing interests in budgetary and strategic conversations
Partner with campaign management and email teams to optimize copy and content, support A/B testing and similar automation efforts, and make strategic recommendations on digital marketing technology
Partner with other marketing and creative teams to ensure copy, content and designs are optimized and on-brand across all channels, including supporting content management in WordPress
Work closely with ecommerce teams to drive web traffic and digital sales
Leverage digital marketing expertise to support other teams and functions, as needed
Your profile should include:
3+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B experience with core strengths in paid search, paid social, SEM/SEO and email marketing
Technology or software industry experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree (may be substituted for additional relevant experience)
Creative experience, preferred
Excellent technical aptitude with experience with automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or similar), Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), WordPress, required
Preferred technical skills include HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
