Paladin is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to identify new opportunities through powerful data-driven insights and optimizations that increase brand awareness, demand, and customer advocates. This role will be responsible for the corporate website and coordination of our digital properties, through close working relationships with other teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally within the organization and use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. An ideal candidate is analytical and has innovative ideas to improve our digital experience, to engage and delight our customers. This job is 100% remote.


  • Develop the digital marketing strategy which includes tracking of supply and demand, identifying the current and future needs of customers, ROI and competition analysis
  • Plan and execute all web and SEO/SEM related projects
  • Work with the Marketing team to support designing, building, and maintaining our digital presence
  • Manage external digital agencies and contractors
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend performance based on these insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Team up with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing and advocate for them with other teams
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training digital marketing team members
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven professional experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, and email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong track record of identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns to engage, inform and motivate digital users
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Familiarity with web design and WordPress
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics
  • Software: WordPress, .com websites, Google Analytics,
  • Must have 2 years at a Tech or SaaS Company.
