Paladin is hiring for a Digital Marketing Lead in the Milwaukee, WI area for one of our marketing and operations clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced media marketer to help evolve digital engagement for client partners. This role will provide oversight and leadership for various marketing initiatives including retail promotions, digital campaigns, and paid media campaigns. If you are a person who is passionate about engaging with the right target in the digital, e-mail, retail, and media space, this role is for you!   Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of digital advertising, marketing, or paid media experience (or related experience)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, Pay Per Click campaigns, social media initiatives, mobile campaigns, display marketing, and SEO.
  • Understanding and proven experience executing partner promotions from creation to performance reporting.
  • Develop understanding of client partner initiatives and develop relationships with the Sales team.
  • Develop and manage campaigns in a multitude of online marketing platforms.
  • Create and develop program timelines for retail initiatives across all applicable marketing platforms.
  • Maintain and review impact of initiatives across platforms and other internal systems
  • Manage, lead, and develop cross-functional teams to meet the needs of client partner initiatives.
  • Determine return on investment and engagement for digital activities
  • Collaborate in a team environment for campaign management, execution, evolution, and adjustments.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and spend.
  • Collaborate and manage relationship with client agency
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience developing and managing online and retail marketing and promotions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and online and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics and presentation software.
  • Excellent communications skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Ability to work across various teams and develop positives, collaborative working relationships.
  • Advanced understanding of brand marketing principles and measurement
  • Ability to work independently and work in a team environment to meet objectives, goals, and meet client partner expectations on deadline.
  • Experience in managing significant amounts of detail for assigned programs.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously without sacrificing productivity or quality.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortability with change.
