A Digital Marketing Coordinator job is now available through Paladin in Austin, TX! In this role, you will plan, manage, implement, monitor, and upgrade the internal and external facing websites of the organization. Other responsibilities will include, managing content, maintaining web design, tracking visits and clicks, and utilizing data analytics to enhance site activity. The candidate will also be responsible for implementation and development on a social media strategy and establishing the growth of the client’s presence on multiple social media sites in a compliant and organized manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing layouts, streamlining navigation, and increasing online presence to potential as well as current policyholders
  • Knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites
  • Have experience with publishing and design of software to maintain internal and external websites, including content management
  • Must have strong communication and writing skills and an awareness of marketing techniques
  • Collaborate with team to ensure that website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s brand standards
  • Strategize ways to grow subscriber base and measure web traffic
  • Make certain there is full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Design appropriate website content aligned to organization’s strategy
  • Make sure website has quality and is efficient by conducting regular test plans
  • Enhance the User Experience of the website regularly
  • Use Marketing Cloud tool to build out automated, customized marketing cloud journeys for multiple target audiences
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design, social media management, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a website/digital manager
  • Have knowledge of web design software
  • Must have experience in Adobe Suite, and Content Management Systems
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC)
  • Be able to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly skilled in content creation, creativity, and writing
  • Have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser, and cross-platform compatibility, mySQL and/or JavaScript is a plus
