Do you enjoy finding innovative ways to boost a company’s exposure and social media presence? Paladin is partnering with a client located in Beaverton, OR seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team on contract to hire basis. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with daily social media audits, developing digital marketing campaigns, and writing and posting content on digital platforms including social media outlets, internal web databases, etc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing and eagerness to grow their skills. SEO skill is mandatory, and experience with marketing automation or similar software is highly preferred. Pay for this ranges based on experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing the day-to-day paid search, social, and marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research to better understand market needs
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to establish content strategy
  • Develop key performance indicators to accurately measure each digital strategy to ensure performance is met
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop brand strategies and meet larger company goals
  • You will need:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Possess excellent critical thinking skills and communications skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Wordpress
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
