Paladin is working with a company that is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of the marketing funnel who can develop strong SEO and advertising campaigns. You’ll be part of a small, but collaborative team working for a global manufacturing company that manufacturers consumer products that are carried in retail chains worldwide.


Requirements At-a-Glance:

  • SEO and advertising campaign experience (strategy and execution)
  • Back-end website management (meta tag creation, meta descriptions, etc.)
  • Lead generation
  • Analytics and data interpretation
  • 1-3 years' relevant marketing experience
  • Local to the Greater Chicago area

    Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Develop strategies to use web, social and other digital channels in a multi-channel digital marketing plan.
  • Oversee website content analytics + ROI for corporate website.
  • Track KPIs and report the impact and effectiveness of all digital campaigns.
  • Develop concise weekly/monthly/annual reports for Google Analytics.
  • Utilize reporting to make ongoing recommendations on maximizing site visitor conversions, improving user experience and SEO.
  • Research and deliver content recommendations to help with increasing organic search rankings.
  • Work closely with graphic design lead for website effectiveness, social campaigns and advertising conversions.
  • Craft advertising strategy and use metrics and your understanding of data-driven campaign recommendations.
  • Develop and execute SEO campaign strategies.
  • Update and change the backend of a large corporate website, assisting in meta descriptions, meta tag creation, HTML optimization, Google traffic, SEO, and help guide the greater team on how to amplify visitors, increase/improve lead generation and overall education in campaign development.
  • Foster quality leads that come into the CRM

    To Qualify:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Experience managing content distribution campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress.
  • MS Office Suite (working knowledge of MS Teams or SharePoint is a plus); Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong SEO know-how
