Digital Account Manager
Paladin is looking for a Digital Account Manager for our agency client in South End. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play an important role to develop, implement, track, and optimize your client’s digital footprint managing 7-12 clients at a time. This is a permanent position.
Digital Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients centered around meaningful marketing consultation, proactive communication, accountability and transparency
Develop, plan, and execute a digital marketing strategy this will include web, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
Evaluate and prepare performance reports for all clients and assess against goals
Optimize spend and performance of new campaigns
Brainstorm, collaborate, and develop new creative growth strategy
Provide internal departments with direction for marketing strategy and campaigns
Create and monitor all campaign budgets
Digital Account Manager Job Requirements:
BS/BA or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field
3+ years’ experience working with client partners (can be agency or internal)
Ability to manage multiple projects (both internally and externally), tight deadlines, and marketing budgets
Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing best practices
Must possess analytical and critical thinking skills as well as creative problem skills
