Paladin is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for a newly expanding financial software company. Our client is dedicated to creating an easy to use platform for business based consumption allowing the customer to save not only time with regulating their financials but also guarantee accuracy. This platform expands with its customers' needs and gives insight to its customer on tax management, business license and regulatory documentations.
As Customer Marketing Manager (CMM), you will play a critical role in cultivating dependable end to end customer experience. You will be charged with drafting, executing and maintaining marketing material. Customer centric approach is needed to continue growth in loyalty and retention of current business partners. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States and contract based.
-Work in partnership with marketing, product and customer allowing constructive feedback to be expressed and utilized.
-Analyze and develop cross selling leads for business development in tandem with the Accounts teams.
-Access and develop marketing campaigns for the company's product portfolio with new additions.
-Draft and create evergreen marketing that will support particular product life cycles.
-Research on the ground for segment strategy.
-3 years+ working with marketing including SasS and B2B.
-1 to 3 years experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM tools, Web tools.
-Bachelor's Degree focusing in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications.
-Experience in working closely with sales and account management.
