We are partnering with our client in Seattle, WA, a leading SaaS and fintech company, to hire a Customer Marketing Manager to steer the onboarding and initial experience for new customers. In this role, you will drive new programs and processes that make working with our client seamless. Your role will specifically focus on the experience for new customers early in their contract with the company, and will be measured on account success. You should be an expert cross-functional communicator, skilled in working with technical, sales and other staff both internally and with clients. This is a contract position with every intention of converting to a permanent role in 2021 for the right fit. Pay is highly competitive, ranging from $60 to $70 an hour with some flexibility for the right fit. As a Paladin contractor, you’ll be eligible for benefits through our firm and will be compensated accordingly for any overtime! 

To be a fit, you should bring 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B and SaaS environment, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and simple content and conversations. You should be skilled in working with clients, pitching new ideas to existing customers and presenting. Experience working with senior-level leaders is a must! This company has a great reputation and an internationally recognized brand. This role is REMOTE to start, and ultimately will go back onsite. This team is targeting a hire in Seattle, WA but fully remote candidates may be considered. 

You will: 

  • Manage relationships with new clients and contacts, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience and steering new customers through marketing programs that will create a seamless experience
  • Introduce customers to new and existing products through email marketing effects
  • Represent the newly acquired customer experience in marketing strategy meetings and conversation
  • Build and execute marketing strategy for new product launches, existing product or other customized areas, understanding targeted campaigns based on end-user 
  • Streamline customer processes, representing the customer’s interest (including all customers within new and existing client accounts) in internal strategic conversations
  • Your profile should include:

  • 8+ years of B2B and SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a customer, product or growth marketing role
  • Strong experience in both campaign strategy and execution, particularly in a customer-facing role; Ability to measure results, report to client and internal teams, and implement changes based on results
  • Excellent understanding of the SaaS industry and the customer experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience, including experience presenting data
  • Project management skill and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with large CRM and marketing automation systems
