We are working with a Seattle, WA SaaS leader to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with new customers to the organization, starting at their first touchpoint with the brand. You'll oversee the new customer's digital experience, driving a smooth, simple and effective onboarding process. You will deploy onboarding email campaigns to new customers and their staff, optimizing communication for different end stakeholders in large and nuanced teams. You will also identify opportunities for improvement in this process, reporting to executives and stakeholders using data-informed strategy. You should bring 7+ years of SaaS marketing experience, B2B expertise, and experience with customer marketing. You must be an email expert (ideally with Eloqua or Marketo) and a strong Salesforce user. Experience with additional analytics software (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc.) is highly preferred.
This is a contract-to-hire role with very competitive hourly pay, ranging from $55-70 an hour, depending on level of experience. You'll be a full-time (40 hours/week) contractor to start, and can expect to be on contract for six months or so. This team has a great reputation in the FinTech space, and you'll join a nuanced marketing team filled with SaaS expertise. To be a fit, you must be local to Seattle and ready to return to the office part-time before EOY.
