The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience and will manage the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and engagement.  You will need to be analytics and results driven to optimize the company’s CRM marketing programs.   • Create, monitor, and optimize company’s CRM marketing strategy in collaboration with the brand marketing team.
  • Develop CRM testing protocols to continuously refine and perfect marketing offers and audience targeting.
  • Manage the CRM program across multiple channels including email campaigns, landing pages, direct mail, and SMS text.
  • Analyze performance metrics within CRM dashboards to report to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage marketing tools to drive content that will help retain and cross-sell to existing customer base as well as bring back former customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua and Marketo.
  • Proven capacity to manage fast moving, complex marketing programs for consumer audiences.
  • Ability to analyze results and assess key performance metrics such as A/B testing and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
