This person will be responsible for leading the development and execution for all CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Collaborating with email, digital media, and brand marketing staff, along with agency partners, to execute planned campaigns.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Plan a cross-channel strategy for reaching customers and known prospects housed in the internal databases to support customer acquisition, retention, and win back targets
  • Serve as the analytics lead for the marketing team, both by creating reports that drive day-to-day decision-making and performing deep analyses on key questions facing the team
  • Enrich our marketing audiences with first and third-party data to enhance segmentation and help us deliver more relevant messages to our customers
  • Manage relationships and projects with key vendors, and analyze new vendors and marketing technologies that would help build CRM capabilities

    Work Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of online marketing or marketing operations experience
  • 3+ years of experience driving CRM/loyalty program and direct marketing strategy; experience in multi-channel retail industry a plus
  • Extensive hands-on ESP and marketing automation platform experience required 
  • Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills
