We are working with a West Coast retail and apparel leader in their search for a Consumer Marketing Data Analyst to join their team in a 6+ month, remote contract. This organization is home to extremely recognizable brands in their space, and is continuing to invest in their marketing efforts to their customer base. In this role, you will focus on reviewing and analyzing historical campaign data and market research to develop in-depth knowledge of their landscape to drive new opportunity and continue their growth. You will leverage Tableau to create dashboards and resources to share this data with stakeholders, to very strong skills in that system are a must. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of marketing and/or market research analytics experience in the B2C space. Experience working with consumer goods, retail and/or apparel brands is a must, and experience working with third-party (Experian or similar) data is a huge plus.

This is an opportunity to work with an extremely exciting, successful global apparel company from anywhere in the US. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 an hour, and you will be eligible for benefits through Paladin during the contract period. There is opportunity to extend this assignment or even discuss permanent opportunities for the right fit.

You will:

  • Develop plans and reporting for consumer marketing and behavior data, leveraging Tableau to present information in a digestible way for internal stakeholders and audiences
  • Dive into 1st and 3rd party data, understanding campaign data from historical successes and opportunities, while also diving into third party data from organizations like Experian to master the customer profile and nuances to drive new opportunity
  • Identify new resources for consumer behavior data collection
  • Use the above channels and resources to develop in-depth customer profiles and behavior projections
  • Your profile should include:

  • 3+ years of consumer behavior, marketing and/or other similar market analysis experience in the B2C space
  • Experience in retail, apparel and/or consumer products companies, required
  • In-depth experience with Tableau, required; Additional experience using Experian or other third-party data, preferred
  • Experience leveraging campaign and CRM data
  • Additional experience with SQL, Google Analytics or similar platforms, preferred
