We at Paladin are looking for an Associate Global Consumer Services Director for one of our new clients. This international, legacy, employee owned brand from conception revolutionized the medical field with several lines of medical supplies. Our client operates manufacturing and distribution centers on three continents but remains in spirit the small family owned company of its conception.  The principles of Service, Dignity, Integrity, and Stewardship have guided this organization from its start in the early 1900’s. They carry on these principles by continually delivering the best product to healthcare professionals to increase the quality of life for their patients.

The Associate Global Consumer Services Director will work to develop strategy to increase retention of end-user consumers, develop brand loyalty, and establish our client as a global authority in the medical supplies field.  This position will play a vital role as the second in command to the Global Consumer Marketing Team. They are looking for an experienced individual to lead the digital strategy and growth of the Global Consumer Services line of business.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:

  1. Leadership
    • Creation and implementation of strategic Consumer Marketing Plans.
    • Lead the creation of a digital transformation strategy specifically digital enrollment and marketing automation.
    • Ability to work cross functionally with separate stakeholder on an international scale particularly the European Union and Eastern Asia.
    • Oversee the creation, implementation, and analytics of consumer email campaigns.
  2. Budget Analysis and Management
    • Maximizing outcomes from the Marketing and Advertising budget.
    • Speak to the opportunities/successes of campaigns using analytics to senior management.
    • Play a key role in the development of the annual marketing and strategic plan.
    • Optimization of Return on Investment(ROI)
    • Manage budget and timeliness of assigned projects.
  3. Customer Insight
    • Gain insight from end-users about both preferred form of contact and product needs.
    • Increase sales revenue through collaborating with Global Media Online and Business Units.
    • Become an internal expert on market specific and consumer needs through field research and insight.
    • Deepen consumer engagement while driving increase enrollment on digital platforms.
    • Develop targeted customer events.

Experience needed to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

or

  • MBA with concentration in Marketing, General Management, or International Business

 

&

  • 8+ years as a leader in a marketing role.

&

  • 5+ years of experience with consumer-packaged goods, healthcare services, medical devices, or medical technology.

&

  • Extensive knowledge of international marketing strategies.

&

  • 3+ years of developing marketing plans for consumer services.
