Senior Brand Manager


Paladin is hiring a Contract to Hire Remote (some onsite travel required – see below) Senior Brand Manager that is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hard working.  In this role, you will be the lead responsible for product management and marketing of a new brand working closely with the global brand team along with other cross functional teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness.


  • Liaise with the global teams to align and launch the products in the US and Canada on time in the aligned channels at the right prices and financials to maximize success for the company
  • Align and drive organizational support for the new business and continue to scale up the brand as the business evolves
  • Drive brand awareness and consumer acquisition in the US & Canada
  • Identify and manage product related challenges
  • Liaise with consumer relations to ensure the consumer relations team is ready for launch, able to address consumer questions, and identifies any challenges that arise
  • Support efforts to grow distribution and to support retailers as distribution expands
  • Drive the integrated marketing plan including social (paid and owned), PR, influencer, affiliate, online advertising, print, search, podcasts, and other relevant media channels including setting KPIs
  • Work with and create new (as appropriate) assets and engaging content for various channels including social, Amazon, and the website
  • Create & optimize product listings & categories for SEO purposes to build organic rankings
  • Write and distribute articles and unique content to communicate with brand followers, customers, and partners
  • Manage the online site experience through merchandising platform
  • Assist the Amazon team with listing content & assets for Amazon Marketplace
  • Create, deliver, and manage social media strategy, aligning to promotional plans
  • Report on all activities & performance within the brands, including key metrics
  • Produce regular email and SMS marketing campaigns including working with the CRM manager on any marketing automation flows
  • Work closely with brand ambassadors overseas ensuring adherence to key brand guidelines and values
  • Work in partnership with digital agencies, PR, influencers, and internal stakeholders to deliver best in class brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with product development and roll-out of new lines, as requested
  • Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or related field
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer brands, preferable
  • Experience managing a CPG, preferable
  • Experience with Email, SMS/MMS, Google, and Amazon

    Work Hours

    Remote - some onsite travel to Detroit as needed (will be compensated)
