Paladin is recruiting for an Operational Marketing Manager for a fresh and fast-growing Software as a Service company. This brand is in rapid growth mode and candidates must be prepared to dive in and further the company’s goal of creating an easily accessible Human Resources platform. The position will be a hybrid working arrangement with reporting to the San Francisco Office at least 50% of the time. Applicants must be based in the SF Bay area and willing to report in person. At this time only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
What will you be doing? As Operational Marketing Manager you will be working through the Marketing and Sales disciplines analyzing current marketing assets. You will start up to date on the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns in addition to mending them for a more efficient workflow. In this position, you just won’t be implementing the software used in the market, but you will also be advising on which software is prioritized in workflows.
-Supervise and revise prominent marketing collateral, tracking performance in addition to course corrections when needed.
-Present and follow up on campaign performance with colleagues involved including the board of directors.
-Optimize existing workflows by choosing the best software for workload and team engagement.
-Partnership between disciplines as needed for projects.
- At least 5 years in the Business-to-Business Software as a Service, experience in Start-up space a must
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a growth stage environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Hubspot, Google Analytics, HotJar, Excel
