We are partnering with a Seattle, WA consumer goods and eCommerce company to hire a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to cover for a staff maternity leave for 5+ months. They are an incredibly stable (and busy) team in 2021 and they are looking for a marketer with strong B2C, omnichannel experience to support promotions and campaigns. You will lead projects with a small team, executing print, digital and other marketing campaigns and initiatives, and supporting company leadership in other similar duties. You will also serve as point person for their external media agency partners. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of integrated marketing experience to the table and should be comfortable in a true marketing generalist position with project management duties. This is a well-known brand in the Pacific Northwest, and while largely remote, we are looking for candidates in Seattle who can go onsite as needed for team meetings. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week contract payrolled and benefited through Paladin, with hourly pay ranging from $30 to $38 an hour, with potential flex for the right fit.

You will:

  • Support cross-functional and omnichannel marketing campaigns and promotions for the organization
  • Collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and plans, including email, social, print, media (traditional and digital) and other similar projects
  • Work with design and creative teams for print and digital collateral needs, aiding team members in concepting and creating content; Leverage content library for campaigns
  • Manage relations with cross-functional teams and vendors, including supporting the company as the point of contact for agency partners
  • Other relevant marketing projects, as needed  
  • To be a fit, your experience should include:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with experience in consumer goods and/or retail
  • Experience leading projects and managing relationships with external vendors and internal teams
  • Experience leading a variety of marketing and promotions projects, including email, social and other digital marketing work, print collateral creation, sales enablement and lead generation, and communications work
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent technical proficiency, including experience digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and project management/collaboration tools; Adobe Creative Suite experience, preferred
