Paladin is hiring immediately for a full time, Marketing Director position in the Madison, WI area for one of our pharma manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with leadership, operational, sales, brand engagement, a high-level communicator across various channels, and event planner. If you are a creative team leader who enjoys customer and team education and development, improving customer experiences, ideating new concepts for evolution of initiatives, communication, brand building, and creating engaging marketing initiatives, this role is for you!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent training and experience.
  • Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent training and experience.
  • 6-8 years or more in corporate marketing, 2 of which in a management and/or supervisory capacity.
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Company Marketing Department.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Creative and Marketing Specialists.
  • Manages the creation and distribution of new initiative marketing to internal teams, organization members, and prospect members through various methods of communication.
  • Creates and initiates communication and digital marketing strategies for use by the Marketing Team.
  • Create and maintain an environment for Marketing and Sales Teams to have synergy in efforts. Provide Sales team support and tools to retain and drive new business.
  • Develop a Company Brand that shows the value-add to our members and helps to promote the Company warehousing services.
  • Act as the official media contact for the Company.
  • Develop and advise on proper messaging and medium for distribution of information to members or prospects.
  • Purchase wearable items, POS materials, branded items, and marketing items as needed and in compliance with the annual marketing budget.
  • Determine vendors and commit to media buy purchases.
  • Manage Marketing spend and marketing budgets for profitability.
  • Plan and execute various events including the annual Company meeting, conference, retail events by collaborating with event planners, staff, vendors, talents, etc. for maximum interest and attendance by invitees.
  • Review and report recommendations for future company events based on attendance and feedback from attendees.
  • Lead and communicate election process and operations to Company’s Board of Directors in collaboration with CEO.
  • Provide marketing solutions for Company partners in the industry.
  • Other duties as required by Senior Leadership.

    Abilities and Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage demanding workloads that may be cyclical in nature.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to see the big picture and identify potential challenges and course correct to avoid issues before they occur.
  • Requires the individual to look ahead and anticipate issues so they can be resolved before they arise.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and demeanor provided feedback to direct reports and when gathering information from teams and stakeholders during program planning and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in writing, presentation skills to small or large groups at various levels in the Company.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required for all marketing materials before they are distributed.
  • Proficiency in demand generation methods to direct and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing and digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, social media, automated drip campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Working knowledge of graphic software programs and list management.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Salesforce; QlikView; Microsoft Teams; Website and Internet; Web analytics and Wrike Project Management.
