Paladin is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the marketing team! In this dynamic role, you will manage our lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer retention and loyalty. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager focusing on member retention and loyalty, you will work to drive retention using cross-channel messaging (email, direct mail, telemarketing, push notifications and SMS), improve and ideate around our existing member referral program, and work cross-functionally to support a data driven test and learn model. Our ideal candidate has experience in healthcare-based customer lifecycle management leveraging multiple channels. In addition, this person should have strong analytical and technical skills, plus a test and learn (quickly) mindset.



  • Leading strategy, process, and production of all customer lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Marketing, Agency, and Creative Teams to create high-performing lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with creative and finance teams to continually measure campaign performance and improve customer experience.
  • Own marketing automation platforms to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns including email, SMS, Loyalty, phone, and Rewards
  • Solicit cross functional support as needed to support engagement initiatives
  • Keep up to date with multi-channel marketing industry trends


  • Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms 
  • Strong attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset.
  • Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a collaborative attitude
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • 5+ years working in email marketing and thorough knowledge of email best practices.
  • Highly proficient in marketing automation; experience building new programs a plus
  • Excellent quantitative skills and a desire to understand and optimize marketing efforts
  • A command of HTML, CSS, copywriting, and an eye towards design is desired
  • Healthcare based experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
