Paladin is on the search for a team-orientated Director of Marketing for a San Francisco-based Brewer.  This well-known brand has been a pillar in space for many decades and many more to come.  As a workplace, this is a collaborative environment that highlights its employee’s opinions and encourages their input.  The position will be a hybrid situation usually 60% San Francisco-based office time and 40% remote however this varies from each team’s needs.  All candidates must be authorized to work in the US and willing to commute into the office.

As Director of Marketing, you’ll be accountable for planning, implementing, and communicating various marketing strategies, tactics, and brand-building activities, across the country.  Furthermore, you will be charged with tracking these campaigns for performance in addition to monthly reporting to the stakeholders on business development.  A combination of creativity and business acumen will ensure a successful tenured.   Lastly, you will be an expert in the industry ensuring the brand is staying on trend with target audience in a tasteful manner align with its heritage.

 

Responsibilities:

- Keep a close eye on the ongoing administration of brand operations such as strategic planning, branding identity, and brand innovation.

- Effectively communicate organizational events in major meetings such as quarterly and annual business reviews, financial forecasts, and yearly strategic planning

- Cultivate personal connections and work alongside important external and internal partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

 

Requirement:

-Minimum of 10 years in CPG marketing and prior work in the spirits industry

-Well defined leadership skills with an attention to detail

-Computer literate with expertise in traditional offices programs

-Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however work experience will be considered.

-Willingness to travel as needed for business and report to office as need.
