Paladin is working with a well-established client (NYC based within the Health and Wellness industry) who is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing , with the following qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on acquisition, retention and lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing team;
  • Fluency with performance tracking, measurement and attribution;
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and channel-based reporting, as well as strategies & tactics for audience growth and new customer acquisition;
  • Proven track record of growing a brand and eComm business;
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and effectively communicate them to stakeholders;
  • Solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
  • Excited at the prospect of developing structure around something new;
  • Process-driven and solutions-oriented, constantly looking for ways to streamline tasks;
  • Highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute;
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively;
  • Prior experience in a start-up or similar environment;
  • Equally comfortable powering through Excel models as you are crafting creative presentations;
  • Possess enthusiasm, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth-mindset;
  • Deep knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing and industry best practices;
  • Experience working with a CPG brand is preferred;
  • Experience in Health & Wellness industry is a plus;
  • Experience with Klaviyo for email and Attentive for text marketing is a plus;

    Quick overview:

  • Take ownership and manage acquisition, activation, retention and referral strategies across marketing channels, executing all core growth function;
  • Develop and scale new channels quickly and efficiently, while optimizing existing channel growth;
  • Build informative testing structures that allow us to test and learn in order to scale;
  • Oversee the day-to-day of direct-response marketing programs across multiple channels;
  • Manage budgets and eCommerce P&L;
  • Produce analysis, insights and visibility on performance;
  • Build various overarching models (tracking CAC, LTV and attribution);
  • Own communicating recent trends, challenges and opportunities to leadership;
  • Innovate in partnership with the Marketing team to drive cross functional initiatives that improve D2C experience
  • Partner with the Digital team to develop a roadmap tied to growth marketing across digital platforms


    Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
