Paladin is currently accepting applicants for a Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing for a client in Philadelphia.  This role is built for someone who understands the importance of community engagement and outreach and has a strong tie to the city of Philadelphia.  If you have experience in social media, branding, events, and outreach, this role could be a perfect fit for you.


  • Create and manage communication initiatives for a variety of market segments.
  • Develop an enrollment management plan that aligns with strategic goals
  • Utilize market research and segmentation, performance marketing, promotional strategies, recruitment tactics, and retention efforts to meet KPIs
  • Manage budgets and link spending to measurable outcomes
  • Work collaboratively to research and produce business intelligence reports on enrollment and retention data and family characteristics and develop action plans accordingly
  • Develop business processes for effective departmental and cross-departmental functions related to enrollment management and marketing
  • Help establish community relations through marketing, including SEO, PPC, email initiatives, signage, direct mail, content marketing, social media, grassroots marketing, and recruitment events in the community
  • Work with the executive team to develop long-range plan
  • Support all markets and be required to travel as needed to assist in recruiting, retention, and marketing strategies to equal 30-50% of the time
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or similar
  • 10+ years of experience in related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment development and previous experience in implementing an enrollment plans from start to finish
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills in a service-oriented environment
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • A strong understanding of the optimization of CRM, performance marketing, SEO, lead acquisition, social media, etc.
