Paladin has an opening for a fulltime Digital Marketing Manager. As the Digital Marketing, you are the voice of our brand and will market on many different platforms. The Director Digital Marketing Manger will be the master of guiding and supporting teams to create quarterly and yearly strategies to bring and keep our brand to the top!

Job Description:

Create and research the best brand voice that expresses our brand and what we stand for.

Works with our team to set annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans through email, social media, print and other partnerships.

Design and pitch promotions, sales and other customer engagement ideas to boost revenue and quality site traffic

Present monthly reports on social content to see where we need to pivot o increase engagement.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Works well on a team and maintains our positive culture

Dependable and can stay focused under pressure

Solution finder

100% remote but will come in the office 1-2 times month for large meetings
