Paladin is working to fill a Content Manager role for a client in Southlake, TX. This person will be responsible for writing and producing various types of downloadable content, expanding digital footprint, awareness, subscribers and leads via sharing content across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B marketing.



  • Accountable for all content initiatives that will be used to drive traffic to the company website, engagement on social media and conversion to leads.
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, buyer persona development, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and analytics.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content development marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / blog distribution.
  • Develop our Content calendar on a quarterly basis and ensure deadlines are met
  • Optimize content after regular review of the effectiveness of our SEO plan and Google Analytics
  • Create 1-2 complex resources each month for lead generation, support brand awareness and recognition.
  • Create 2 -4 top and mid funnel resources each week to increase brand visibility, awareness, and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Creative Services Manager, the sales team, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.


  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot
  • Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software a plus.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to spot/predict audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with creating content for marketing automation, using SEO and web traffic metrics to refine/shape content
  • Well developed presentation skills and excellent customer relations skills.
  • Self-driven positive approach to problem solving and the ability to take initiative and tackle projects with minimal direction.


  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • 3-5 years experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
