Paladin is partnering with a client in Austin, TX to recruit a Content Manager for a direct hire role that will be completely remote! The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a content or marketing role, is a skilled writer, and has experience in financial services! In this role you will be responsible for creating relevant content necessary to attract and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ideation/strategy discussions in partnership with sales and marketing teams
  • Develop, write, and manage content for multiple mediums including lead generation, ad campaigns, video scripts, sales support materials, presentations, articles, and social media
  • Work closely with all departments across the organization in moving content from idea stage to finished product
  • Lead content strategy and messaging for the organization’s website
  • Work directly with the marketing and sales teams to help increase application submissions, generate brand awareness, and promote the organization
  • Manage the pipeline of production content
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing preferred
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a marketing and content development role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Have knowledge of financial services industry, products, and the economy
  • Highly skilled in writing and editing with ability to write content for multiple audiences and across mediums
  • Superb Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Ability to conceive and develop captivating content
  • Have a tactical mindset with the ability to think creatively and be a problem solver
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in business practices, sensitivities, and confidentialities
  • Understanding of CRM software- Salesforce and Brainshark are preferred
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Be able to communicate and work effectively in a team setting
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and critical problems
  •
