 Paladin is looking to fill a newly created role for our client in the Western suburbs. We are looking for a Brand Development/Project Leader for a private, family-owned, legacy, global, CPG, personal care business. This company is currently in expansion mode and looks to add this position ASAP. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, thus a polished, business minded candidate would be ideal.

The Brand Development/Project Leader is responsible for seeing projects and initiatives from conception to completion. You will have a variety of work, weather it is financial analysis to content management to product development, never a boring day. You will be in constant contact with the President, as well as Executive leadership daily in this a marketing driven brand.

What does a Brand Development/Project Leader do?

  • Leader for assigned projects
    • New product development- research and implementation of process
    • Timeline completion/readjustment
    • Packaging development- graphic and structure changes
    • Advertising and promotion development
    • Consumer research and analysis
  • Lead for on-going content management of brand/category on website/social media.
    • Work cross-fucntionally to secure input and commitments from various departments
    • Creation of marketing calendar and product development calendar
  • Propose and manage product budgets
    • Conduct item margin analysis
    • Develop ROI analysis prior to launch
  • Contribute to new product ideas

What qualifications do you need to apply?

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing project management, or advertising account services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Master’s degree for extra points
  • Strong experience with CPG
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
