Paladin is hiring immediately for a full time, Associate Brand Manager position in the Milwaukee area for one of our animal product manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be a true collaborator in every sense of the word, possess the ability to create and implement various marketing campaigns and initiatives, determine pricing and brand position that meets company profitability goals, analyze industry and competitor trends, and use innovative marketing strategies to increase consumer engagement with company brands. Role Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate, or similar role.

    Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide research to determine market trends and target demographic product preferences
  • Develop effective and engaging marketing initiatives to increase brand engagement
  • Provide oversight and management for strong brand identity and engagement in online and offline channels
  • Manage and provide recommendations for product packaging and brand positioning
  • Identify industry trends and competition activity to recommend opportunities for innovation and evolution
  • Develop campaigns for advertisement and marketing of new products and service offerings.  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure continuity with strategies for product lines.
  • Help in creating effective media campaigns for various products.
  • Advise and recommend pricing structure for products to align with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Provide a physical presence/attendance at various organizational events to represent the organization as needed.  

    Abilities and Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to be productive and work remotely or in a hybrid role.
  • Practical experience with product pricing, packaging, and brand position.
  • Working knowledge of channels of distribution and online and offline media marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity of digital and social marketing methods and tools.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret various analysis of products and markets.
