Paladin is working with a strategic marketing agency that is looking for an Advertising Media Assistant to support client and internal advertisement buying management. Solid skills in developing, tracking, and reporting the performance of integrated media plans is essential. This is currently a fully remote position.

 

You Will:

  • Lead advertisement marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage insertion orders, creative specs, and buying reports
  • Manage and develop flow charts, budget tracking, and billing
  • Assist in preparing integrated marketing plans and campaigns
  •  

    You Will Bring:

  • A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within marketing, media, or advertising
  • Strong ability to conduct strategic research and reports
  • Client service experience is preferred
  • Prior industry experience in government, environment, education, or transportation is a bonus
