Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Perform various project management functions to support the effectiveness, efficiency and decisions for marketing and sales.
  • Generate periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) “canned” reports
  • Coordinate the production of running, formatting, analyzing and distributing reports for various sales and marketing related projects including all strategic sales initiatives.
  • Track weekly and monthly sales results from the individual customer level to the larger territory view to measure performance of regional inside & outside sales team members.
  • Compiles and completes monthly / quarterly board deck for the marketing and sales departments.
  • Creates monthly calling lists for inside sales team based on predictive analytics or other criteria, collaborates and reports on results on a weekly basis.
  • Maintains various reports on the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist with special projects as they arise.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Qualifications:

1. Specific knowledge, training or skills required to perform the duties of this position. Identify specific concepts, courses, training programs or required certifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree-MBA a plus
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly present data/findings to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Communicate with all levels of employees in a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Business Objects
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex logical formulas and VBA.
  • SQL experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to adapt to new tasks quickly
