  • Manages the design, development and delivery of web analytics data.
  • Monitors campaign performance and pacing, analyzes results, makes recommendations for enhancements/modifications.
  • Develop suggestions for A/B and multivariate testing with a measurement framework strategy.
  • Develop reporting templates, mid/post campaign reporting and analysis of the full spectrum of digital media: display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website, etc.)

    How to Qualify

  • Bachelors’ degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as an analyst specifically working on digital, digital marketing and/or eCommerce analytics – this is a must!
  • Highly proficient using latest web analytics tools such as Adobe and/or Google Analytics and tag managers.
  • 2 years of experience using at least TWO data visualization tools i.e. SAS R, SQL, Tableau, Python, Hadoop, etc.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status – No Visa Sponsorship

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partnering teams responsible for media execution.
  • Recommend process improvements for area of responsibility.
  • Manage the design, development and delivery of web analytics data, ensuring data quality and proper governance that will empower business stakeholders to leverage data to inform their daily business decisions.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, analyze results to develop recommendations and insights for internal team members on varying cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • Work with external vendors/agency partners to help assess campaign performance, pacing and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Create compelling, intuitive dashboards that enable the business to take action on critical metrics.
  • Analyze customers’ onsite behavior to identify areas of opportunity, quantify impact, and support actionable recommendations for future site enhancements.
  • Partner with teams to drive campaign optimization, drive insights, measure impact and integrate into third-party measurement vehicles.
  • Develop suggestions for A/B and multivariate testing with a measurement framework strategy.
  • Make strategic decisions that improve implementation of tagging and analysis related to Adobe Analytics/Google 360 and other digital partners.
  • Develop reporting templates, as well as mid and post campaign reporting, and analysis across the full spectrum of digital medi (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.
  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Needed/Wanted

  • Bachelors’ degree in analytics, statistics, marketing or related field. MA/MBA preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience as an Analyst measuring digital, digital marketing or eCommerce analytics.
  • Extensive experience using web analytics tools i.e. Adobe and/or Google Analytics, and tag managers.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and data layer management is preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience using TWO or more data visualization tools i.e. SAS, R, SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools/languages are applicable (Python, Hadoop, etc.).
  • Experience interacting directly with user experience, onsite search, merchandising, and/or digital marketing teams is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to develop and execute project plans and delivery key tracks/segments.
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and segmentation models.
  • Keen eye for detail and able to follow direction.
